Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal nature of most items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item is received damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the unused item. A refund, full or partial, an exchange, or other resolution is case by case basis. Please email wildlyfanciful.com for help.
What are the processing times?
Made to Order items all have different time periods it takes to make them. I'll be in contact with each customer with a personal expecation.
